Please Note: We will charge $30 for each payment transaction that is returned unpaid or not processed including: 1) returned bank drafts, 2) returned electronic fund transfers, and 3) rejected credit card transactions. This charge will be reflected on your invoice as a Returned Payment Charge, if applicable.

Can I choose my payment date?
When making a payment using your bank account, you may schedule your payment for any date up until your due date. We are unable to offer the option of choosing a payment date for auto bill pay. Your local utility company determines the date of your meter read, which in turn determines the date of your statement.

Once entered, how long does it take a payment to be processed?
Credit card payments are processed immediately. Bank payments can be scheduled for any date up until your due date. If your account is currently past due, you do not have the option to schedule your payment for a future date.
